Every ticket includes access to both congress days, the coffee breaks and the event web app with the programme, your personal QR code and the materials. The Gold and VIP tiers add dedicated seating, a reserved badge and premium extras.

Standard: full access and a seat in the hall. Gold: Gold/Premium area, dedicated badge and the session recordings. VIP: the best seats, priority access, a VIP badge, a premium experience and Prof. Douglas A. Terry's book while copies last. The book signing with the author at the GC stand is open to every attendee, whatever the ticket.

Yes. During checkout you can enter the details of each attendee; every attendee will receive a personal ticket with a unique QR code.

Yes. The price depends only on when you register, not on how many seats are left: the lowest rate applies until 45 days before the event, then it rises from 45 days to 2 weeks before, in the last 2 weeks and finally on-site at full price. The price you see when you order is the price you pay. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Secure payment by credit/debit card via Stripe, or with PayPal. The transaction is encrypted and handled by the respective networks. Bank transfer is also available on request: write to info@injectionshow.com and we will prepare the order with the payment details.

Yes. At checkout you can request an invoice as an Italian company/VAT number, an Italian private individual or a foreign entity: the required fields (e.g. SDI/PEC code, tax code, VAT number) become mandatory according to the type you select.

If you buy as a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days of the order by writing to info@injectionshow.com. After that there is no automatic right to a refund, but you can submit a reasoned request from your account area: the secretariat assesses it case by case. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days. If the event were cancelled, the refund is full. Full details are in the Terms and Conditions.

After payment you receive the ticket by email as a PDF with a unique QR code. The same QR code is always available in the event app, under "My ticket": show it at the entrance for check-in.

The translation is visual only: in the app you get the translated text and the live transcript of the sessions in real time, in the language you prefer. No headset, no extra device.

Yes. At the end of the event the certificate of attendance will be available directly in the app, ready to download.

The session recordings are published in the app after the event, reserved for ticket holders.

The Gala Dinner Experience is an add-on available at checkout, with limited seats. It includes dinner and networking with the faculty in the Sala Rinascimento, with a surprise for our guests.

Any clinician can submit a clinical case in the five official categories, uploading a description and before/after images from the dedicated form. The jury and Douglas Terry select the finalists and the winner.
